THE AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF CULINARY POLITICS-ELEMENTAL NEWS OF THE DAY COMMENTARY-OPINION-SPORTS-FOOD SERVICE FOR WEDNESDAY, MAY 30, 2018 BY HONORARY “CHEF” MOSES SCHARBUG III

SPRING SESSION 2018

BLOG POST #203 AT THE AICP-END

ONE HUNDRED-AND-SIXTY DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2018

This blog is a celebration of the fact that we are STILL here and have no plans of going anywhere else…
Oildale, CA, 05-30-2018 Wednesday: As always, we encourage our supporters who love fine art to visit us at the secondary blog every Wednesday.  If you recall the reason for its creation back in 2015, it was because our hosts at Google got a wild hare up their coozes and shut us down without so much as a word, most likely based upon the word of some disgruntled reader of the main blog.
As an answer to the unspecified closure, we fired a shot across the bow of Google and reopened another blog immediately as we still had much to say, to blog about, to write about, and to share with the world, which is why we now devote this blog to the presentation of Beverly Carrick artworks and pithy political comments whenever the hand of God moves us to do so.
At various times, we debate whether we should maintain this blog, whether we should sell it to the highest bidder (and believe me, we have interested potential buyers), or whether we just shut it down, rent it out, and earn some much-needed revenue as most everyone understands blogging is no longer a way to become wealthy, if indeed it ever was.
We have some diversified images here today for you, all painted by the late, great Beverly Carrick, in our estimation, the world’s greatest artist as she mastered a variety of genres over the course of her lifetime.
Known originally for her seascapes, she became one of the premiere landscape, mountain, and desert painters the world has ever known, and her works find increasing numbers of ways to hang on the limited wall space of some of the best art galleries in the nation.
Let us view what we have in store for you today:

BEVERLY CARRICK ORIGINAL ARTWORKS FOR MAY 30, 2018:

#1291 12” x 16” “Frolic”

#1292 12” x 16” “Snowy Sedona”

#1293 8” x 10” “Red Butte”

#1294 16” x 20” “Evening Shadows”

#1295 8” x 10” “Moonlight Riders”

#1296 8” x 10” “October Creek”

#1297 8” x 10” “Sierra Autumn”

#1298 12” x 16” “Soft Sunset”

#1299 12” x 16” “Canyon Rapids”

#1300 11” x 14” “Retired”

#1301 11” x 14” “Solitude”

#1302 16” x 12” “Rendezvous”

#1303 30” x 40” “Christmas Eve”

#1304 24” x 36” “Sunset”

#1305 11” x 14” “Women’s Club”

As you can see, we had a variety of different genres of the Beverly Carrick family of thematic categories, whether birds enjoying their lives to deserts, to landscapes, to local Bakersfield scenes from the past, to Westerns celebrating the birth of Christ, something extremely important to my Christian friends.
I love everything Bev has done, she was such a prolific American artist that anyone who knocks her, either because they are uninformed or just plain stupid, needs to shut up, go away, and learn what TRUE fine art is.  It is not Jackson Pollock, nor is it Andy Warhol, nor is it any other in a continuum of self-appointed artistic schmucks.  Trust me, Beverly Carrick is it.
Oh, I have to inform the readership that we made some mistakes in the numbering of the blog posts at the secondary blog, this is what happens when people go on vacation and other less-qualified or unschooled folks take their places.  It is what it is.  Oh, well, I beg your forgiveness.  We have since corrected things.
Make sure you visit me over at the main blog today as we begin hashing out how we are going to vote next Tuesday so we, the people, of California can save our state.
Mazel tov!
