THE AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF CULINARY POLITICS-ELEMENTAL NEWS OF THE DAY COMMENTARY-OPINION-SPORTS-FOOD SERVICE FOR WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 04, 2017 BY CHEF GERVAIS KRINKELMEIER

FALL SESSION 2017

BLOG POST #169 AT THE AICP-END

A Southwestern sunset is akin to enjoying fine psychedelic mushrooms…especially if Beverly Carrick captured it on canvass

Frazier Park, CA, 10-04-2017 Wednesday:  Good morning and welcome to the secondary blog, which, I assume for many—particularly our friends in the Ukraine, Russia, North Korea, Iran, and elsewhere in the world is a first stop.  Let us face the fact that many of our foreign viewers are in profound love with the vision and beauty of Beverly Carrick original artworks in the same way that everyone who writes evocative posts here is.
Imagine if Kim Jong-Un bought a beautiful Beverly Carrick original piece of art to hang on the wall of one of his many mysterious palaces.  Perhaps, the pudgy tyrant and murderer of his own people would fall to his knees, embrace God, and beg forgiveness.
Of course, the little thug could never receive the forgiveness of God; no, he would have to consign himself to the fiery pits of Hell for all eternity but he could nevertheless hope the Lord would spare his ugly soul.  Where there is hope, there obviously are Beverly Carrick original artworks to behold.
Moving on, many of the paintings we regale you with today come to us from her desert catalog or her Western one, paintings that were among her top sellers on the global market.  Every day, we receive calls from fans around the world showing us their Beverly Carrick original and asking us for what price they might sell?
This is a request that boggles our mind as it makes us feel as though we deal with a load of idiots, people seeking to capitalize on a ‘quick sale’ so they can make a few bucks while the savvy art dealer relieves them of the painting and puts away in his or her vault for future massive profit.
Beverly worked her entire life bringing joy to hundreds of thousands of fans around the world, many people who still send cards and letters to the family sharing the love and happiness her paintings have brought them.
Our goal is to make sure that notable galleries around the United States possess at least one Beverly Carrick original artwork so owners of her paintings that no longer wish to own them, take them to your nearest major art gallery and ask them to receive the paintings from you for a small tax break.
Once you do this and galleries in your area have an original Beverly Carrick adorning the walls featuring American artists of the past century, you will see the value soar, which is why we discuss the ‘long game’ in art being the way to go and never the ‘short game.’
Friends, let us embark on our visual, digital journey NOW:

BEVERLY CARRICK ORIGINAL ARTWORKS FOR OCTOBER 04, 2017:

#0781 8” x 10” “Palo Verde Falls”

#0782 8” x 10” “Lupine and Poppies”

#0783 16” x 20” “Clouds at Sunset”

#0784 16” x 20” “Yuccas and Poppies”

#0785 24” x 36” “Evening Vista”

#0786 24” x 36” “Sundown and Shadows”

#0787 40” x 60” “August Storm”

#0788 8” x 10” “A Purple Place”

#0789 36” x 48” “Twilight Reflections”

#0790 18” x 24” “Yuccas at Evening”

#0791 18” x 24” “Sunset Rapids”

#0792 8” x 10” “Canyons and Cliffs”

#0793 8” x 10” “Panorama”

#0794 30” x 40” “Red Sky and Night”

#0795 30” x 40” “Lost in the Land of the Navajo”

Some of the paintings pictured above are noteworthy favorites of mine such as “Red Sky and Night.”  If one has ever sojourned in the American Southwest and experienced the sunsets that astound the visual orbs for seemingly endless amounts of time (sort of like enjoying some fine psychedelic mushrooms), one almost enters another state of life.
While I do not expect our Ukrainian or Russian friends to understand this comparison, many of my American friends will as they recall similar events.
For an artist to capture the otherworldly aspect of a Southwest sunset and splash it across a linen canvass where it will reside for centuries if allowed to do so, is beyond the abilities of most modern-day artists.
Friends, that is going to do it for me here today so everyone make sure you visit me at the main blog so we can continue discussing the politics that seem to haunt so much of our days and nights.  If only we could step into a painting and vanish into the distance, life might be so much more refreshing.
Perhaps, we will hear from Kim or will hear from some of the jabbering Mullahs, froth of insanity flecking their beards, tyrants and dictators who have no respect for their own people but who might find new purpose in life possessing the ONE thing that might brighten their otherwise dreary trip to Lucifer’s lair.
Contact us!  See you soon and make sure you visit me at the main blog where we always manage to have fun.
