FALL SESSION 2017

BLOG POST #173 AT THE AICP-END

When I was young and dumb, I thought Thomas Kinkaid was a ‘GREAT ARTIST’—how frigging stupid was I?
Visalia, CA, 11-01-2017 Wednesday: Greetings and welcome to the secondary blog, a place known around the world as a showcase for the GREAT American artist, Beverly Carrick.  There are still some around the planet unaware of Beverly, which is WHY every single Wednesday of the year, we get down and get to it, sharing the beauty and the joy that every Beverly Carrick original painting imparts to the hungry viewer.
There was a time in which, I was somewhat ‘art challenged,’ if you will, you know, I thought Thomas Kinkaid was a fine artist until I found out the man was a shameful huckster that sold stuff akin to how and what the Fuller Brush man sold, door to door crap.
Parade magazine always had Kinkaid stuff they promoted as though it was something from Rembrandt, Monet, Picasso, or other world-class artists people for whom people would sell their eye teeth.
Still, in our world there is ALWAYS a ravenous market for crap.  All one needs do is to develop some sort of schtick with which to bamboozle the country bumpkins, the uninformed, and the downright daft in the crap you are selling them is irreplaceable, one-of-a-kind unique originals.  Bah, humbug!
Beverly was a self-taught talent.  That is not to say that she did not take lessons from others in the industry whom she respected and sought training from, people who could paint luminescent water, only she managed to do it better so people around the world recognized her for the uniqueness she possessed throughout her career.
Today, we have another batch of 15 spectacular Beverly Carrick original artworks as we plow through her repertoire a second time around.  I hope you will invite everyone you know from your family, your friends, coworkers, from your church, hell from your gay bathhouse in San Francisco to spend some time bringing rapture to their tired souls.
Here we go.  If you are ready, join me now and let us observe each painting.  NO one can do what Beverly did BETTER.

I have to say there is something about the way in which, Beverly painted seascapes that gnaws at one’s soul to the point that they must have more, sort of like smoking crack of which, I have NO experience, just saying.
I also love the solitary desert scenes as the desert is one of America’s greatest blessings, a place where one can go if he or she seeks communion with God or with aliens or whatever (I am not talking about illegals from south of the border, space aliens).
Ah, well, I know some will call me a bigot, but PLEASE—what a load of crap—I am no bigot, just one of those evil WHITE NATIONALISTS who wants to make America a better place not only for whites but for blacks, Latinos, Asians, Native Americans, South Sea islanders, dot Indians, you name it, I want to better things for EVERY American citizen.
If you feel the same then by God’s HOLY NAME, join me here and throughout the rest of this week as we share a dialogue designed to enlighten everyone and not just a select few.
Thanks, see you over at the main blog.
