The Moody Blues released a great album in 2005, a stellar live album entitled, “Lovely to See You—Live from the Greek.”  This album features the set from the Moodies' 2004-05 Tour and included it are all of the classics and then some.  Now, reduced to three members—Justin Hayward, John Lodge, and Graeme Edge—the music sounds the same thanks to the myriad touring musicians accompanying them.  If you want to hear one of the all-time great groups knocking out the classics one after another, then this is the way to do it.  Please, use our link to redirect your browser to Amazon.com so you can pick it up in the format, the condition, and the price that is wright for you, your Christmas budget, and of course, your ears—you will be so glad you bought it!

FALL SESSION 2015

BLOGPOST #71 AT THE AICP-END

Welcome to my FIRST Day at the Secondary Blog:
Bakersfield, CA, 11-18-2015 Wednesday: As with everyone else—with the exception of Stinkbug and Moses Scharbug—this is my first post here at our secondary blog.  This is the month in which, we celebrate the life and times of Beverly Carrick, one of the world’s greatest artists because she passed away at the end of this month three years ago.  I knew her personally because of my relationship with Stinkbug and Brian Carrick and for that, I feel as though I knew someone truly ‘special.’  She was an enormous personality, one hell of a talent, and her opinions were pretty doggone powerful.  What’s more, she actually lived out here where I live—in Taft, California—when she married her first husband, Harry Hall Carrick.
Unbelievably, Beverly Carrick lived in Taft, California, upon marrying her first husband, Harry Carrick
Back in those days, Taft was a pretty rough place.  A town on the west side of Kern County, it sits smack-dab in the middle of the great oil belt running through our county.  At that time, there was not a great deal to do here other than go to bars or to the few restaurants here so for her coming from life in Oildale, which was somewhat similar to Taft, it was painful as it was also quite a bit less than the style in which, she had grown up.  You see, originally her family lived down south in Orange County as well as in San Pedro on the California coastline but then moved up to Bakersfield because her father worked in the oil fields and he followed the jobs.  Their first home in Bakersfield was nice but then the family moved to Oildale so they could buy a piece of property.
Taft was a pretty miserable place back in those days…
Anyone who knows the story of Beverly Carrick knows that she had upward designs in her mind and so was willing to marry a man much older who also exhibited some psychological issues as well as alcoholism but if it got her out of Oildale, then so much the better.  However, one of his first jobs as an oil fields engineer for Mobil Oil Company was out in Taft, California, a place 40 some miles to the west of the county seat in barren, ugly land.  Now, if she could only see how much Taft has grown, she would be astounded because my adopted hometown is doing very well yet it still has the lovely OLD downtown area that is so endearing to its residents.  Let us look at the next batch of paintings by Beverly Carrick that we have for you today; here we go:
Beverly Carrick, the greatest artist to come out of the United States…

PLEASE BUY ALL OF THE ALBUMS WE ADVERTISE AT AMAZON.COM!
As always, we have a great time around here and that is why we want all of you to become a part of the organization by submitting articles to us for inspection and full-credit.  It is a great thing if you would do this, as it is a symbiotic relationship: we give you the space to share your recipes and in return, you send us more and more people who will become dedicated followers of the AICP-END
Currently of multi-diversity across the Internet, it is important that we hear the voices of more and more people from all walks of the foodservice profession —join us.  We urge our readership to write to us, leave comments, and if there are any of you, who would care to write an article for us, please get in touch via Magnolia Hilltop Brewers, P.O. Box 20669, Bakersfield, CA 93390-0669
We obviously do not pay anything but give YOU full byline and that, my friends, is worth its weight in gold.  We want as many people who want to write to be able to do so and we believe that by presenting a forum for our fellow chefs, we are doing something for our beloved industry.  We love diversity and hope to add new and different authors to our pantheon of chefs, food and beverage directors, and culinary professionals.  Come on and join us, it will be fun!  Expect that when all of us have run through our cycle, we will be introducing some brand-new talent or so Stinky says.
We have touted the AARC Technology Company here in Bakersfield, CA, and must add the Nerds on Call.com folks.  Without them keeping our blog up-and-running, there is no telling where we would be now.  We have a great many problematic issues here at the AICP-END because even with the best security systems in the world, malware and other terrible fecal materials manage to penetrate the blog site.  Do yourself a favor, hire the best, and note, you can have online help via a remote button on your desktop for just $25 per mon7th!  Get in contact with the Nerds now!
Here is another note: do NOT do business with Galkos Construction, Inc., those people are nothing but crooks as if you lease your system, you will never pay it off, plus you have to pay them for excess energy produced by your system, the electric company does not buy all of it nor do they!  AVOID GCI AT ALL COSTS; DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!
We are selling recipes all the time and you can order things you would like copies of simply by mailing us your name, address, the recipe you would like and a check for $1.00.  You can buy an entire week’s worth of recipes when we do a series simply by sending us a check or money order (no cash please!) for $20 and we will have it out to you in the next day’s mail.  Please become a part of the AICP-END by sending us your names, addresses, and information and we will welcome all of you with open arms!
To buy paintings, recipes, or full article series, please send us your information by mailing us at P.O. Box #20669, Bakersfield, CA, 93309-0669.  You can call about paintings at 661-374-1430; we will take all calls and provide to you as much information as is available.  It is time that we begin taking the next step and to immortalize Beverly Carrick for eternity and begin moving towards the establishment of a website of our own!  God bless each single one of you amongst our fan base!
We have a group of people seeking to destroy our nation and you know what?  They are doing one hell of a job of it, folks!
Last week when I was writing this post, I heard Jaz McKay, a man to whom I listen on the radio five days a week on AM 1560 KNZR Radio, discussing a Christian school up in the Seattle area that has decided to no longer display the American flag or to use the pledge of allegiance.  What is our world coming to when our country so hates itself, its history, its future, it is not as if we have not worked long and hard to fix the problems that vex us so.  I am at the point of tearing out gobs of my hair because I cannot believe the self-hating group of losers who so want to tear down this nation, I think we are approaching a new civil war as if we do not end the machinations of these low-life mother-f---ers our nation is not going to make it to 400 years-old.  People please, quit tearing this nation apart, it is the BEST nation in the world and without it, the world will descend into darkness.  Let me know what you think about this or any other topic we have discussed over the past three days.  Thank you and God bless.
The Closing Words of our Founder, Stinkbug:
Anyhow, let us close with this impassioned plea—please leave some comments and/or become a follower.  What's more, why not spend some money and purchase an album by the Moody Blues, Justin Hayward, John Lodge, Mike Pinder, Graeme Edge, and Ray Thomas, and everyone else we advertise here and/or buy a book by any of the authors we advertise here!  In addition to that, we occasionally offer cookbooks and other oddball items so always pay attention to whatever you find in the tabs on the right side of the home page, everything you need is there!  Allied with them, we are pleased to market their merchandise!  Amazon.com is one of the greatest—if not the ultimate greatest!—online department stores in which, one can find almost everything on the planet.
Moreover, we love them and they love us and we want all of you to visit them daily, take advantage of their deals on everything from kitchen equipment to cookbooks, CDs, DVDs, and everything else a person could want.  Everything you buy from them puts money into our pockets, which allows us to keep this fine blog up-and-running 24/7/365!  God bless America and God bless Amazon.com, the world’s largest online marketplace in the world and most likely in the Universe!
Thank you!
