FALL SESSION 2015

BLOGPOST #70 AT THE AICP-END

Welcome to MY first post as well as to the Veteran’s Day edition of the AICP-END Blog
Bakersfield, CA, 11-11-2015 Wednesday: Welcome to my first post at the secondary blog as well as to the Veteran’s Day celebration at BOTH blogs.  This blog is the one in which, we celebrate the wonderful Beverly Carrick, someone whom I have long admired thanks to her artistic talents.  In fact, I have several of her paintings decorating the walls of my home and because of that, I feel as though I knew her and was a member of her inner circle of friends.
During World War II, Kern County and Bakersfield, CA, were a busy hub for the training and the movement of U.S. Military Forces to and from the global battlefields as well as home to thousands of Axis POWS
Beverly always had a unique relationship with the military of the United States, from the time she was young back in the days of World War II, and she knew many servicemen who came to Kern County in general and to Bakersfield and the locale around it to train before shipping out for overseas duty.  She loved men in uniform and dated many of them going to local dances the U.S.O. and other service related organizations sponsored.  Over the course of the war, tens of thousands of military men-and-women passed through Bakersfield as all around the city were numerous bases, training centers, and even POW camps as time went by.  The area around Bakersfield had internment camps for Japanese-Americans while camps existed for German and Italian POWS, who many times had the freedom to come to and to return to their confinement centers as the war went against them.
If there was one thing Beverly loved, it was a man in uniform…
During the last years of Beverly’s life, the nation found itself back at war again as the dark hand of Jihad slammed into the United States on September 11, 2001.  Beverly always made sure she donated to a variety of causes ranging from Wounded Warriors to the U.S.O. because she held a warm place in heart for America’s soldiers, sailors, marines, airmen-and-women, Coast Guard, and of course, the merchant marines.  We still get calls from various service organizations seeking her to donate, which we have had to curtail a bit since she passed away in November 2012.  However, the spirit remains and we continue with whatever we can give them in honor of her name and will always support the American military and that of our allies here at the AICP-END Blog and at the main blog, too.  Let’s look at the next batch of Beverly Carrick artworks, shall we:
We celebrate ALL things Beverly Carrick here at the AICP-END Blog…

PLEASE BUY ALL OF THE ALBUMS WE ADVERTISE AT AMAZON.COM!
As always, we have a great time around here and that is why we want all of you to become a part of the organization by submitting articles to us for inspection and full-credit.  It is a great thing if you would do this, as it is a symbiotic relationship: we give you the space to share your recipes and in return, you send us more and more people who will become dedicated followers of the AICP-END
Currently of multi-diversity across the Internet, it is important that we hear the voices of more and more people from all walks of the foodservice profession —join us.  We urge our readership to write to us, leave comments, and if there are any of you, who would care to write an article for us, please get in touch via Magnolia Hilltop Brewers, P.O. Box 20669, Bakersfield, CA 93390-0669
We obviously do not pay anything but give YOU full byline and that, my friends, is worth its weight in gold.  We want as many people who want to write to be able to do so and we believe that by presenting a forum for our fellow chefs, we are doing something for our beloved industry.  We love diversity and hope to add new and different authors to our pantheon of chefs, food and beverage directors, and culinary professionals.  Come on and join us, it will be fun!  Expect that when all of us have run through our cycle, we will be introducing some brand-new talent or so Stinky says.
We have touted the AARC Technology Company here in Bakersfield, CA, and must add the Nerds on Call.com folks.  Without them keeping our blog up-and-running, there is no telling where we would be now.  We have a great many problematic issues here at the AICP-END because even with the best security systems in the world, malware and other terrible fecal materials manage to penetrate the blog site.  Do yourself a favor, hire the best, and note, you can have online help via a remote button on your desktop for just $25 per mon7th!  Get in contact with the Nerds now!
Here is another note: do NOT do business with Galkos Construction, Inc., those people are nothing but crooks as if you lease your system, you will never pay it off, plus you have to pay them for excess energy produced by your system, the electric company does not buy all of it nor do they!  AVOID GCI AT ALL COSTS; DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!
We are selling recipes all the time and you can order things you would like copies of simply by mailing us your name, address, the recipe you would like and a check for $1.00.  You can buy an entire week’s worth of recipes when we do a series simply by sending us a check or money order (no cash please!) for $20 and we will have it out to you in the next day’s mail.  Please become a part of the AICP-END by sending us your names, addresses, and information and we will welcome all of you with open arms!
To buy paintings, recipes, or full article series, please send us your information by mailing us at P.O. Box #20669, Bakersfield, CA, 93309-0669.  You can call about paintings at 661-374-1430; we will take all calls and provide to you as much information as is available.  It is time that we begin taking the next step and to immortalize Beverly Carrick for eternity and begin moving towards the establishment of a website of our own!  God bless each single one of you amongst our fan base!
People ask us what has happened to our numbers?—we are not sure but we have a list of suspicions…
Someone asked me what happened to our numbers after the summer and you know what, we have had some Trojans and the such attempting to intrude into our blog and to block it from appearing freely online.  We are not sure if it is the Chinese whom we might have insulted or that petulant little piece of shit eating cabbage in Pyongyang, North Korea.  For all we know, the jihadists could be attempting to screw us because several of our blogger-chefs admitted that they would love to decapitate the piece of feculence, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.  You know, if we have to bow down to ISIS, the Chinese, or the North Koreans, what would that say about any of us here at the blog, we are as open and crazy as we choose to be and if America’s enemies or the Obamaists don’t like it, we say, “FUCK THEM.”  Anyhow, thanks for joining us today, we welcome everyone and hope that you will leave some comments, thank you very much, amigos.  Join me at the main blog today and for the rest of the week.  Bye.
The Closing Words of our Founder, Stinkbug:
Anyhow, let us close with this impassioned plea—please leave some comments and/or become a follower.  What's more, why not spend some money and purchase an album by the Moody Blues, Justin Hayward, John Lodge, Mike Pinder, Graeme Edge, and Ray Thomas, and everyone else we advertise here and/or buy a book by any of the authors we advertise here!  In addition to that, we occasionally offer cookbooks and other oddball items so always pay attention to whatever you find in the tabs on the right side of the home page, everything you need is there!  Allied with them, we are pleased to market their merchandise!  Amazon.com is one of the greatest—if not the ultimate greatest!—online department stores in which, one can find almost everything on the planet.
Moreover, we love them and they love us and we want all of you to visit them daily, take advantage of their deals on everything from kitchen equipment to cookbooks, CDs, DVDs, and everything else a person could want.  Everything you buy from them puts money into our pockets, which allows us to keep this fine blog up-and-running 24/7/365!  God bless America and God bless Amazon.com, the world’s largest online marketplace in the world and most likely in the Universe!
Thank you!
